The perfect balance of savory and sweet
Topping sliced ham with sweet salsa adds a splash of excitement to this crowd-pleasing main dish.

1 cup of chopped peeled mango
1 cup of pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup of diced sweet red pepper
1 plum tomato, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons of minced fresh cilantro
2 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1 cooked ham sliced
In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. Place warm ham slices on the plate and spoon salsa on top.
